About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled CA Inter qualified professional with strong expertise in Tally ERP to join our Accounts & Finance team as a Accounts manager. This role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound, and capable of mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting activities including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Assist in internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Guide and support junior accountants.
• Coordinate with departments for financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, petty cash, and employee reimbursements.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Technical Skills:

• CA Inter qualification (Mandatory)
• Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and tax compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with banking operations and reconciliations
