Accounts Manager

Job Description:

Suryabala Honda, a leading two-wheeler dealership group, is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the complete financial operations of the dealership. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, dealership operations, and statutory compliance, with a proven ability to lead a finance team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements, P&L reports, and monthly management reports.
• Handle banking activities, fund flow management, and reconciliation statements.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management for compliance and audits.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and provide accurate financial forecasts.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to internal financial policies.
• Support senior management in decision-making with financial insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) preferred.
• 10–15 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automobile dealership sector.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / DMS software and MS Office (Excel proficiency required).
• Sound understanding of taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹37,500.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
