Accounts Manager

We specialize in *Philips Lights, Numeric UPS and Multi-brand electrical and MEP material*. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Accounts and Admin Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success. *Responsibilities:* •⁠ ⁠Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and maintaining financial records. •⁠ ⁠Prepare and file TDS and GST periodical returns in compliance with tax regulations. •⁠ ⁠Assist in accounts finalization and resolve audit queries efficiently. •⁠ ⁠Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies procurement, vendor management, and general office upkeep. •⁠ ⁠Utilize cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks) for efficient record-keeping and reporting. •⁠ ⁠Provide support to senior management as needed. *Qualifications:* •⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. •⁠ ⁠2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm. •⁠ ⁠Sound knowledge of accountancy principles, direct and indirect taxation. •⁠ ⁠Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, and My Bill Book. *Skills:* •⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting. •⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. •⁠ ⁠Effective communication and interpersonal skills. •⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Salary Range:* 200,000 - 25,000 INR per month (depending on experience and qualifications). *ARMO Project Solutions LLP* is an equal opportunity employer.
