Job Description:
A leading digital marketing company, is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to
join our team as an Accounts Manager. This role requires a candidate who can efficiently handle both
financial responsibilities to support the smooth functioning of our operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions regularly.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
2. Payroll Administration:
Manage employee payroll processing.
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and benefits.
Handle payroll-related documentation and compliance.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets.
Assist in financial forecasting and analysis.
4. Communication:
Facilitate communication between different departments.
Respond to inquiries and provide information to employees and clients.
5. Digital Marketing Support:
Work closely with the marketing team to track and manage expenses related to digital
marketing campaigns.
Assist in the financial analysis of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in accounts, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
Software Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), MS Office Suite, and
familiarity with digital marketing tools.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented: Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualification:
1. Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Experience:
2+ Years of experience.
Relevant work experience in accounting, finance, or administration is often
preferred.
Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency environment is a plus.
Experience In Zoho Book.
3. Accounting and Financial Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in financial software and tools used for bookkeeping, invoicing, and
budgeting.
Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable..
4. Technology Skills:
Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in marketing and administration.
5. Digital Marketing Knowledge:
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
Awareness of industry trends and digital marketing tools/platform
