The ideal candidate will be responsible for legal & revenue research, drafting, reviewing, and vetting various legal agreements and documents, ensuring compliance with relevant land & property laws and regulatory requirements. Assist in conveyance deed documentation with farmers, society conveyance, and registration-related legal work. Prior experience in managing tenancy and title cases. Conduct legal research and ensure that all agreements comply with current laws and regulations. Coordinate with clients, senior associates, and government authorities for document execution and registrations. Assist in title due diligence, title search, society matters, and real estate compliance-related work. Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from relevant authorities for real estate development projects. Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with zoning, environmental, and other relevant regulations. Maintain and update legal documentation and case files systematically. Qualifications & Skills: LL.B. degree from a recognized university; enrollment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. 3-5 years of experience in property law, real estate, or non-litigation legal practice. Strong drafting and legal writing skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of 7/12 Extracts, Property Card, Mutation Entries, BTAL Act, Land related matters, RERA, and Property registration laws is required. Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools. Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients and authorities.
