Job Description We are seeking a Revenue Legal & Research Associate with a keen interest in land & property law and non-litigation matters to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for legal & revenue research, drafting, reviewing, and vetting various legal agreements and documents, ensuring compliance with relevant land & property laws and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and finalize various property-related agreements, including sale agreements, leave & license agreements, conveyance deeds, MOU, gift deeds, affidavits, POAs, and other legal documents. · Review and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to real estate and property transactions. Assist in conveyance deed documentation with farmers, society conveyance, and registration-related legal work. Prior experience in managing tenancy and title cases. Conduct legal research and ensure that all agreements comply with current laws and regulations. Coordinate with clients, senior associates, and government authorities for document execution and registrations. Assist in title due diligence, title search, society matters, and real estate compliance-related work. Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from relevant authorities for real estate development projects. Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with zoning, environmental, and other relevant regulations. Maintain and update legal documentation and case files systematically. Qualifications & Skills: LL.B. degree from a recognized university; enrollment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. 3-5 years of experience in property law, real estate, or non-litigation legal practice. Strong drafting and legal writing skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of 7/12 Extracts, Property Card, Mutation Entries, BTAL Act, Land related matters, RERA, and Property registration laws is required. Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools. Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients and authorities. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a diverse portfolio of assets, spearheading marketing efforts, expanding our brand presence, and supporting new redevelopment initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Drive sales across various asset categories including commercial, industrial, hospitality, and alternatives. Handle end-to-end sales closing process, from customer site visits to final booking confirmation. Engage with and manage high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), property consultants, brokers, and institutional clients to meet and exceed sales targets. 2. Marketing & Client Outreach Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, direct outreach).
