Job Summary:

Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and reconcile balance sheets, general ledger accounts, and financial records.
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely settlements and invoicing accuracy.
3. Ensure timely and accurate

   GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance checks.

4. Handle

   TDS computation, deduction, return filing, and reconciliation.

5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
6. Process journal entries and perform ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.
7. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
8. Collaborate with the finance team for budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
9. Ensure adherence to statutory laws and internal financial policies.
10. Work efficiently on

    Tally ERP 9

    ,

    Microsoft Excel

    , and other relevant accounting software.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience

  , preferably in a CA firm or corporate finance setup.

• In-depth knowledge of GST and TDS regulations

  , returns, and reconciliations is mandatory.
• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP 9

  and advanced

  MS Excel

  (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, etc.).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial data handling and reporting.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience with handling statutory audits and liaising with auditors.
• Familiarity with additional statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, ROC filings, etc.) is a plus.
• Exposure to digital accounting tools or ERP systems beyond Tally is advantageous.
