About Us We are growing paper trading firm dealing in specialty and industrial grades of paper. Our operations involve sourcing material from various mills, coordinating with customers across geographies, managing sample dispatches, and maintaining smooth internal workflows. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations and help streamline our backend processes. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing communication (emails, courier bookings, calls). Maintain digital and physical filing systems for documents, invoices, and correspondences. Logistics & Sample Coordination: Manage the preparation, packing, and dispatch of paper samples to clients. Track courier deliveries and follow up as needed. Coordinate with mills, transporters, and courier agencies for smooth sample movements. Vendor & Client Coordination: Liaise with vendors (printers, courier partners, office suppliers) for office needs. Assist in scheduling meetings, customer follow-ups, and basic client correspondence. Skills & Requirements Proven experience as an office administrator, coordinator, or similar role. Good command over written and spoken English. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
