Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth through effective negotiation and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, particularly in B2B environments, to successfully promote our products and services.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for business development.
  • Engage in warm calling to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that enhance product visibility and market penetration.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activities, managing sales pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating value to clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and account management efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or related fields such as B2B sales or technical sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and team members alike.
  • A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
