Job Summary

Edgecorner Innovation L.L.P is seeking an experienced Accounts Head to manage the end-to-end financial operations of the company. This is a leadership role for someone with solid accounting knowledge, hands-on experience, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, bank reconciliation, ledger)
• Prepare and finalize financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Ensure GST, TDS, and tax compliance (returns, payments, filings)
• Supervise payroll processing and employee reimbursements
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and fund management
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely audits
• Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management
• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial processes

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA in Finance (preferred)
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Tally and similar accounting software
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian financial regulations
• Advanced Excel skills and report generation capabilities
• Good leadership and communication skills
