Accounts & Finance Manager

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification CMA is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with various departments.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee the preparation of reports, summaries, and forecasts for business growth, performance, and potential risk exposure.
• Budget Management:
• Monitor and manage the budget, providing regular updates to the management team.
• Review and approve expenditures against the budget, ensuring financial discipline across the organization.
• Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results and recommend corrective actions.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the company can meet its financial obligations.
• Develop strategies to optimize cash flow, minimize costs, and manage debt.
• Risk Management and Compliance:
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities for audits and financial inspections.
• Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
