Why This Role Matters We are looking for a dynamic Accounts & Finance professional who’s not just good with numbers, but also confident, articulate, and proactive in communication. Since we are a growing brand, this is not your traditional back-office role—you will interact with vendors, visitors, consultants, and even customers at times. You’ll work directly with the founding team and be the financial backbone of the company. This is ideal for someone who is: l Confident in handling accounts independently l Eager to be part of a purpose-driven startup l Ready to step into a visible, cross-functional role beyond the usual spreadsheets l Looking for career growth and exposure, not just a job Your Key Responsibilities l Manage end-to-end accounting operations – journal entries, reconciliations, ledger management l Handle accounts payable and receivable – ensuring timely billing, payments, and follow-ups l Prepare and manage financial statements, P&L, MIS reports, and assist with audits l Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings & compliance l Handle payroll, reimbursements, and basic HR coordination l Coordinate with CA, legal consultants, vendors, and internal teams l Maintain documentation for all internal and external reporting l Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to founder l Assist in daily store coordination, customer queries, and act as a point of contact when needed l Be flexible to take up new responsibilities as the brand grows What We’re Looking For l 2–3 years of solid experience in Accounts and Finance l Excellent working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and compliance requirements l Strong verbal and written communication skills l Confidence to interact with stakeholders, vendors, and occasionally with customers at the store l A go-getter attitude who takes ownership and thrives in dynamic environments l A person who is accountable, reliable, and truly wants to grow with the brand Why You’ll Love Working With Us l Be the sole lead for finance in a meaningful and growing business l Work directly with the founding team and see the impact of your work l A chance to blend finance with communication and people skills l Open, creative, and supportive culture l Real opportunity to build your career from the ground up If you're passionate about numbers and people, and want a role that challenges and grows you every day—we’d love to hear from you.
