About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track

  company revenue, expenses, and cash flow

• Maintain accurate

  Profit & Loss (P&L) statements

• Prepare and manage

  department-wise P&L reports

• Maintain

  separate P&L accounts for multiple departments / entities

• Work closely with the Founder and Accounts/Sales Head on financial planning and reporting
• Monitor operational and marketing expenses and highlight cost optimizations
• Ensure accurate financial records and documentation
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews
• Assist with compliance, invoicing, and internal audits (as required)
  

Requirements

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in Accounts & Finance
• Strong understanding of

  P&L, revenue tracking, and expense management

• Experience in handling

  multiple accounts or entities

  is a plus
• Strong

  critical thinking and analytical skills

• Detail-oriented with high ownership mindset
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced startup setup

• Good communication and coordination skills
