Job Description

As an Accounts & Finance Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial matters. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating and issuing accurate and timely invoices to clients. - Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies. - Maintaining accurate records of all AR transactions. - Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies. - Maintaining accurate records of all AP transactions. - Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. - Preparing and submitting statutory returns (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) on time. - Ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws, including GST and TDS. - Preparing and filing tax returns and other statutory documents. - Preparing accurate financial reports and analysis. - Assisting with audits and providing necessary documentation. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. - Ensuring timely updates of books of accounts. In order to excel in this role, you should have: - Education: Masters or any related field - Experience: 01 - 02 Years - Knowledge of labour laws & compliances - Skills in Tally, bank reconciliation, etc. - Interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Good multitasking and organization abilities Our company offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
