Accounts & Finance Executive

Job Description:

As an Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for recording, analyzing, and reporting financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Additionally, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain financial integrity and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.

2. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including income, expenses, and assets.

3. Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data.

4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field. Professional certification such as CPA or CA is preferred.

2. Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role, with a minimum of 5-15 years in accounting and financial management.

3. Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

4. Proficiency in any accounting software and MS Excel Knowledge.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

8. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.

9. Immediate joiner will be preferred.
