Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting operations such as data entry, invoicing, and ledger maintenance.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing of books.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.).
Generate financial reports and support audits when required.
Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payments.
Monitor cash flow and expense management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or related field.
0–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian tax regulations.
Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance is a plus.
