Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive F&B Accounting Executive to support the food & beverage team with day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Excel, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update F&B expense trackers regularly.
  • Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements specific to F&B outlets.
  • Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
  • Ensure all vendor invoices and bills are verified, recorded, and submitted for processing on time.
  • Update the monthly vendor sheet as per the payment cycle and follow up on pending invoices.
  • Use Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas for daily reporting and consolidation.
  • Liaise with outlet teams to collect daily sales, expense, and inventory data.
  • Assist in monthly closing and reconciliation activities.
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly consolidated reports for the management team.
  • Work closely with the central F&B and finance team for audits and internal reviews.

Experience, Skills and Competencies
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector.
  • Hands-on experience with managing P&L, vendor payments, and financial data tracking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, basic data analysis.
  • Familiarity with accounting tools/software. Basic understanding of GRN, PO generation, and inventory-related financial controls.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills – ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage data discrepancies efficiently.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
