Accounts Executive

As an Accounts Executive, your role involves managing and overseeing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining financial compliance. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders are crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies. - Assist in preparing financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. - Monitor and report on variances in budget vs. actuals. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. - Assist in internal and external audit processes. - Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory reports. - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors. - Identify opportunities for improving accounting processes and systems. - Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience: 1-3 years in accounting or finance roles. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Tally), Advanced MS Excel knowledge. - Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, High attention to detail.
