Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of billing, data entry, and day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and data entry.
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Support in managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accounting software (e.g., Tally/Excel/ERP).
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment follow-ups.
• Support the accounts team in audits and other statutory compliances.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or related roles.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Additional Details:

• Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Salary: 15,000 – ₹18,000 per month( depending on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-time
