Role Overview:

The Accounts Executive – Service & Vendor Operations will play a critical role in managing and validating financial transactions related to service centers and vendors. The incumbent will ensure accurate reporting, compliance with accounting standards and GST regulations, and timely dissemination of service-related reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate service center claims and ensure accurate reporting of all transactions.
  • Review and validate vendor claims, preparing detailed reports for management review and approval.
  • Ensure compliance with GST regulations in all accounting and billing processes.
  • Manage, maintain, and reconcile invoices for service centers and vendors.
  • Prepare and circulate daily service reports to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
  • Perform end-to-end report creation and detailed analysis for service operations, claims, and accounts.
  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth financial operations and effective vendor management.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounts, finance, or service operations within a manufacturing or consumer electronics environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes, GST compliance, and vendor management.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, macros, and dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
