Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Bottmac India Pvt. Ltd.
Department: Accounts & Finance
Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Senior Management
Job Overview:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, GST & TDS compliance, vendor payments, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, audit coordination, and financial documentation across company accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Record all accounting transactions in Tally: bills, vouchers, journal entries, and payroll.
Handle GST invoicing, monthly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), 2A/3B reconciliation, and annual workings.
Manage TDS challans, return filings, and reconciliations.
Coordinate vendor bill processing, voucher approvals, PO verification, and payment follow-ups.
Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations and manage fund transfers.
Prepare weekly/monthly budget reports and maintain salary sheets.
Ensure PF, ESIC, Advance Tax, and other statutory compliance entries and payments.
Support internal audits and maintain balance sheet closure checklists.
Organize financial documents like ITRs, MSME certificates, sanction letters, etc.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).
2–4 years of experience in core accounting functions.
Strong working knowledge of Tally, Excel, Google Sheets.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC & accounting principles.
Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
