Accounts Executive

We are urgently seeking Accounts Executive position for Andheri West, Mumbai location. Job Title: Accounts Executive Responsibilities: • Maintain sales and purchase records in Tally for accurate financial tracking. • Generate tax invoices and process E-Way bills for seamless transaction • Oversee stock maintenance, ensure proper record-keeping, and provide weekly reports to the CEO. • Cross-check and validate petty cash, courier expenses, and vendor bills, and report them weekly to the CEO. • Handle salary processing, payroll accounting, and attendance monitoring. • Follow up on outstanding payments from clients to maintain cash flow. • Assist in budget forecasting to estimate future expenses and revenues. • Manage vendor payments, ensuring timely processing and smooth relationships. • Handle vendor registration across various parties. • Ensure timely tax filing (GST, TDS, etc.) and prepare financial reports. • Manage business licenses and regulatory compliance. • Map and streamline payment, petty cash, and finance-related processes. • Prepare and analyse Profit & Loss statements to assess business performance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance. Skills Required:   • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting. • Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Good Oral communication and basic Email skills.
