Your Role at RDIYour responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Coordinating with Centre Heads and Treatment Coordinators to ensure fast realization of revenues.
Ensuring timely deposits of cash/cheques and verifying against collection reports.
Sending daily confirmations of online payments to relevant teams.
Recording revenue and collections in Tally, and reconciling regularly with Practo.
Reconciling daily production, collections, reports, and bank deposits—closing day activities including batch settlement, invoice generation, and production reconciliation.
Verifying, entering, and reconciling bank remittances in Tally; weekly reconciliation with bank statements.
Managing accounting activities related to income, expenses, bank accounts, revenue recognition, and vendor ledgers.
Collecting and verifying all vendor invoices against purchase orders in Tally/software weekly; reconciling vendor ledgers.
Maintaining and validating petty cash registers across centres; preparing monthly budgets and verifying expenses.
Managing payment schedules for vendors, EMIs, utilities, telecom, and statutory dues.
Ensuring timely clearance of vendor, telecom, and utility bills.
Reviewing bank/NBFC/credit card statements to prevent unwanted charges.
Coordinating with banks/NBFCs for finance needs, issue resolution, and minimum balance maintenance.
Visiting banks, clinics, and stakeholders as needed.
Liaising with Chartered Accountant (CA) firm and Company Secretary to ensure compliance and timely filings (ROC, RBI, MCA).
Getting trained in TDS & GST payments.
Assisting in statutory deductions (IT, PF, ESI, EPF): calculation, timely deposit, and filing of returns/challans.
Preparing MIS reports for management and the Board—covering production, lab expenses, dues, and other financial KPIs.
Handling queries related to EDC machines, POS terminals, QR codes, and online payment links; ensuring reconciliation and smooth operations.
Supporting HR in processing payroll via GreytHR—including variable pay and incentives.
Assisting with accurate statutory deductions and timely deposits/filings.

Freshers, experienced professionals, and students available part-time, especially those finishing college in the evenings.
Our Offer: Starting at ₹18,000 CTC per month (₹2.16 LPA), with upward potential based on experience. Salary for students/part-timers may vary,offering flexibility and fair compensation tailored to your availability and scope.
