CERATA Pharmaceuticals is leading manufacturer and exporter of Active Pharmaceuticals ingredients (APIs) based at VIP circle, Uttaran- Surat.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts & Back Office Executive at Cerata Pharmaceuticals LLP, located in Surat. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day accounts management, financial record-keeping, and reconciliation tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, handling queries related to client accounts, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and supporting finance-related activities.Preparation of sales invoices, packing lists, and export documentation as per regulatory and customer requirementsHandling export-related documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO, and other statutory documentsMaintaining accurate sales and purchase records in accounting systemsCoordinating with logistics, CHA, and freight forwarders for smooth export operationsEnsuring timely BRC (Bank Realization Certificate) closure and follow-up with banksReconciliation of export sales with bank receipts and accounting recordsSupporting accounts team with documentation, reporting, and compliance activitiesMaintaining proper filing and records for audits and statutory requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for resolving discrepancies and conducting financial reconciliations
  • Effective Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
  • Knowledge of Finance principles and experience with accounting software and practices
  • Customer Service and Account Management skills to handle client queries and maintain relationships
  • Attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required
  • Knowledge of export documentation and banking procedures
  • Basic understanding of accounts and bookkeeping
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical export processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred)
  • Attention to detail and strong coordination skills
