Accounts Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support the finance team in managing daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with processing invoices, maintaining financial records, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions. This is a vital role that helps maintain the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial data. Responsibilities Process company invoices, payments, and receipts Maintain and update financial records Reconcile bank and company accounts Assist with budgeting and financial reporting Support monthly and year-end financial closures Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations Must have knowledge of GST and in GST filing Requirements and Skills Minimum 1+ years of experience Open to freshers with a strong interest in accounting This position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender Bachelor's degree ( any discipline ) Good communication skills in Malayalam and English Problem solving skills Resilience skills.
