It extends support to its foreign principals (Ship Owners and ship managers) based out of Dubai and Europe.Company is presently doing commercial management and technical management support of tankers operating worldwide for its foreign principals.The company is based out of Dubai and Mumbai.This requirement is for vessels owned /operated / chartered by our foreign clients.Location – CBD Belapur, Navi MumbaiResponsibilities Key Deliverables - Accounts and Office Administration Executive (AOA)
- Selected candidate will have to manage accounting, payrolls and office administration
- Maintain a robust reporting mechanism and system for various business reports
- Ensure proper financial compliance is held and maintained in the organization
- Upkeep the necessary files
- Experience in book keeping and monitoring important timelines for filing returns, taxes and other business related activities.
Education QualificationPreference will be given to Commerce /Accounts or Finance graduate (MBA will be an added feather)General Experience1-3 Years of Experience with great communication skills and computer skills.
