Accounts and Administrative Executive

in New Delhi , India to be part of our global team working together towards our vision –

The Accounts and Administrative Executive is a hybrid position that combines accounting responsibilities with office support duties. This role demands a meticulous attention to detail to manage day-to-day finance operations, accounting tasks and a proactive attitude to handle office administration efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial records of all companies in India.
  • Maintain accounts payable records and ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
  • Support in processing vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and other financial transactions in line with Scatec policies.
  • Process expense vouchers, handle travel expenses, and manage reimbursements for company employees.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities, including ledger reconciliations and accruals.
  • Support statutory compliance activities (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.) by preparing required documentation.
  • Track operating expenses and maintain proper documentation for audits.
  • Coordinate with Senior Accountant and Finance Manager for budgeting, MIS preparation, and internal reporting

Qualifications And Competencies

  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or similar Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • High proficiency Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
