This role will be key in identifying and securing new project opportunities in the region, establishing project structures, and driving projects through to financial close and the start of construction. Main responsibilities Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in utility-scale solar PV projects across the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with local developers, authorities, utilities, and financial institutions. Conduct project-specific financial modeling, investment analysis, and risk assessments. Secure land, substation space, and necessary servitudes for project development. Lead permitting processes, environmental assessments, and community engagement initiatives. Structure and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and other offtake arrangements. Oversee interconnection studies and secure network connection agreements. Drive business case development, project financing, and tax structure optimization.
