Every object is crafted with intention—designed to slow us down and bring presence into our lives. About the Role: We're looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to support daily operations, finances, and backend coordination. This person will manage inventory, handle basic accounting, process salaries, prepare quotations, and maintain documents and records. You’ll work closely with the founder and team to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role needs someone who is detail-oriented, well-organised, comfortable with Excel, and confident communicating in English. Responsibilities: 📦 Inventory & Storekeeping: Maintain stock and inventory records across raw materials and finished products Manage inward and outward movement of goods and packaging Update stock sheets and coordinate with vendors for supplies 💰 Accounts & Salary Coordination: Assist with basic accounting, expense tracking, and petty cash Prepare and process monthly salary sheets Coordinate with CA or accounting firm as needed 📄 Documentation & Quotations: Create and manage quotations, invoices, and delivery challans Draft and update order documents, product pricing, and vendor details Ensure all records are maintained and easily accessible 💻 Admin & Excel Work: Manage and update spreadsheets and reports regularly Experience with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Tally Maintain order tracking sheets and payment records Handle bookings (transport, courier, samples, etc.) 💬 Communication & Support: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members when needed Communicate clearly in English via email and phone Help with office organisation and general admin tasks You’ll Be a Good Fit If You: Have 1–3 years of experience in accounts, admin, or operations Know your way around Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Are detail-oriented, punctual, and process-driven Speak and write English clearly and confidently Are comfortable with numbers, documentation, and follow-ups Are proactive and willing to take ownership of daily responsibilities Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pay Scale: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience) Note: Apply only if the pay scale and working hours are acceptable.
