Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 

  day-to-day accounting entries

   and bookkeeping in 

  Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

• Handle 

  bill booking, vendor payments, purchase entries

  , and petty cash transactions
• Oversee 

  construction finance-related entries

  , project-wise cost tracking, and expense management
• Coordinate and manage 

  banking operations

  , including 

  loan documentation, disbursement tracking, and EMI schedules

• Prepare 

  bank reconciliation statements

  , ledgers, and financial reports
• Support in 

  GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

• Assist management with 

  cash flow monitoring

   and 

  MIS reporting

• Liaise with auditors and internal teams for data and documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 

  5 years of accounting experience

  , preferably in 

  construction or real estate

• Strong knowledge of 

  Tally, Excel, and MS Office

• Hands-on experience in 

  construction finance

   and 

  bank loan operations

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
