Logistics professional with strong knowledge of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments

Work Schedule

• Shift Timing:

  05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (IST)

• Working Days:

  Monday – Friday (5 days a week)

• Location:

  India Office (On-site seating)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor

  end-to-end logistics operations

  for the USA office from India.
• Handle

  DDP shipments

  , including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.
• Coordinate with US-based suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Negotiate rates with logistics partners to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation for

  import compliance

  .
• Provide shipment tracking, analysis, and reporting to management.
• Resolve logistics-related issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with

  US import/export laws and regulations

  .

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business

  or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience

  in logistics & supply chain, with a strong focus on

  DDP shipments

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  customs procedures, freight forwarding, and Incoterms

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  US import/export regulations

  .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with

  packaging, paper products, or related industries

  .
• Existing network of freight forwarders and brokers in the USA.
• Familiarity with

  ERP or supply chain management systems

  .
