Job Description – Logistics Executive (DDP Specialist) Position: Accounting & Logistics Manager (DDP Specialist) Location: India Office (Night Shift) Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Reports To: President - KLF INTERNATIONAL About the Role We are looking for an experienced Logistics professional with strong knowledge of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments to manage and oversee logistics operations for our USA office from our India office . The candidate will handle international shipments, customs clearance, and ensure smooth delivery to US clients while maintaining compliance with all regulations. Work Schedule Shift Timing: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (IST) Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days a week) Location: India Office (On-site seating) Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor end-to-end logistics operations for the USA office from India. Handle DDP shipments , including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery. Coordinate with US-based suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. Negotiate rates with logistics partners to optimize cost and efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation for import compliance . Provide shipment tracking, analysis, and reporting to management. Resolve logistics-related issues or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with US import/export laws and regulations . Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics & supply chain, with a strong focus on DDP shipments . Strong knowledge of customs procedures, freight forwarding, and Incoterms . Hands-on experience with US import/export regulations . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with packaging, paper products, or related industries .
