To support our growing operations, we are seeking a skilled Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our finance team.

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Administrative Assistant with 1–3 years of experience in accounting and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, or similar ERP/accounting tools, and capable of handling both financial tasks and day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily accounting operations and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, payments, and receipts.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely data updates.
  • Support preparation of reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance support.
  • Provide administrative support including record management, filing, and coordination.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and auditors for financial and administrative queries.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance with administrative responsibilities.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books/Zoho Invoice (knowledge of Tally ERP or other software is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and office tools.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and compliance basics.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
