We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: • GST & TDS Compliance: o Assist in timely filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B. o Perform TDS calculations, deductions, and returns filing. • General Accounting: o Maintain accurate books of accounts using journal entries and ledgers. o Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. • Invoicing & Accounts Receivable: o Raise invoices to clients in coordination with project managers. o Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and overdue payments. • Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet: o Prepare working files for monthly Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheet. o Provide support during financial audits and reviews. • Sales & Expense Reporting: o Maintain and report on sales data and revenue streams. o Track and categorize expenses for reporting and analysis. • Bank Reconciliation: o Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations to ensure alignment with books. • Documentation & Records: o Maintain supporting documents for all transactions. o Ensure data integrity and financial accuracy. Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. • 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred (freshers with strong fundamentals may also apply). • Basic working knowledge of GST, TDS, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B. • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, or similar. • Good understanding of journal entries, ledgers, and general accounting principles. • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
