Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Perform bank reconciliations and handle petty cash management
Manage invoicing and ensure timely collection of payments from clients
Monitor budgets and forecast financial trends
Assist with internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, income tax filings)
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions
Work with HR/payroll teams for accurate salary processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
Implement best financial practices and assist in improving internal controls

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in an IT or tech-related company
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or any ERP software
Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and other statutory laws
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
