Role Description

This is a full-time Accountant role, based on-site in Surat. The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing financial statements and reports, performing reconciliations, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additional responsibilities include managing payroll for various countries, handling inventory, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing budgets and projections. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Accounting and Bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable and Receivable management and financial transaction processing.
Experience with Payroll Processing for multiple regions and Financial Reporting, including creating financial statements, budgets, and projections.
Strong skills in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Zoho Books, Odoo, and Wave App.
Understanding of Inventory Management, Cash Flow Projection, Management Reports, and General Ledger Maintenance.
Knowledge of reconciliation processes and handling daily transactions efficiently.
Attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
Educational qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or Degree in Finance/Accounting preferred.
Previous experience in a professional accounting role is advantageous.
