Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Accounts executive to join ourFinance team in Chennai. The ideal
candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, assist in reporting, and contribute to overall financial health and compliance. Key Responsibilities: ●Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions (invoices, payments, receipts, journal entries). ●Assist with monthly and year-end financial closing procedures. ●Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing. ●Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance. ●Preparation of basic balance sheets, financial reports, summaries, and statements. ●Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation. ●Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records. ●Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing and payment matters. ●Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications: ●Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field. ●2-4 years of relevant accounting experience (internships included). ●Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software- Tally ●Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards. ●Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. ●Good organizational and time management skills. ●Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. ●Good verbal and written communication skills.
