Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, handling tax and audit processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations. Prepare financial statements such as Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Cash Flow Statements. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Monitor and manage budgets, and assist in cost control activities. Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Assist in internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Bank reconciliations and vendor payments. Payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Support in financial forecasting and planning. Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter or M.Com preferred). Proven work experience as an Accountant (minimum 3 years preferred). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems. Good command of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and within a team.
