Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing. The role also involves preparing financial statements, budget forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Accountant will maintain accurate records and reports, conduct periodic financial audits, and work closely with management to improve financial performance.

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience in the textiles industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is preferred
