Job Description

The Accounts Admin Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the financial decision-making process. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Generate reports and summaries for internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Compliance and Auditing:
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department and management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Communication:
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and financial institutions regarding financial matters.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to financial transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with accounting practices.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have experience in GST filling, ITR, Office Accounts - Invoice & Bill Creations

Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
