Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial accounting, taxation, and inventory functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling GST/TDS compliance, managing vendor/customer accounts, and ensuring efficient inventory tracking. Key Responsibilities :Accounting & FinanceMaintain day-to-day accounting entries in ZOHO BOOKS & ZOHO INVENTORY or relevant software. Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports. Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Inventory ManagementMonitor and record stock movement (inward & outward). Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation. Maintain accurate inventory reports (stock register, consumption reports). Coordinate with purchase and sales teams for stock accuracy. Taxation & ComplianceHandle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual filings). Manage TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for filings. Keep updated with changes in taxation laws and apply them accordingly. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Proven experience in accounting, taxation, and inventory management. Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / Zoho Books or similar software. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
