Accountant & Manager

We are looking for a Accountant & Manager with 2–5 years of experience to manage both accounts and factory operations for our furniture manufacturing unit. The role requires a combination of accounting expertise, operational management skills, and the ability to coordinate between the design team, vendors, and factory staff to ensure seamless production and financial control. The position offers a salary range of ₹18,000 – ₹30,000, based on experience and skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts & Finance

• Maintain day-to-day accounts of the factory
• Handle inventory accounts, vendor payments, and petty cash
• Prepare and manage ledgers, vouchers, and bills
• Coordinate with CA/firm for monthly/annual accounting

2. Factory Coordination

• Supervise and coordinate with factory workers for smooth operations
• Ensure workflow between architect/design team and factory execution
• Track production schedules and ensure timely completion

3. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain raw material and finished goods stock register
• Record inward/outward material movements
• Generate stock reports for management

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily progress reports for management review
• Maintain dispatch records and coordinate logistics
• Keep factory records, vendor details, and staff attendance updated

5. Operations Support

• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the factory
• Maintain discipline and efficiency on shop floor
• Act as a link between management, vendors, and workers

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce / Accounts / Business Administration (preferred)
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts or factory coordination (furniture/interiors industry experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / Inventory Management
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multitasking and deadlines
