Accountant & Manager

Comet Eye Hospitals is looking for an intelligent, motivated, and results-driven professional to independently handle Accounting, Finance, and Business Development operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts, finance, and MIS reporting
• Oversee billing, invoicing, expenses, and cost control
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports & analysis
• Lead business growth plans and development initiatives
• Coordinate branding, marketing, and promotions
• Identify new business opportunities
• Manage vendor relations, procurement, and inventory
• Set and monitor monthly targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with doctors, management, and staff

Requirements

• MBA in Finance / Business Administration
• Strong accounting, MIS, and financial analysis skills
• Proven analytical, leadership, and business development abilities
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Healthcare/hospital experience preferred
