Position: Senior Sales Executive – Furniture & Interior Collaborations Location: Delhi NCR Experience Required: 7–15 years Industry: Furniture / Interiors / Real Estate / High-End Sales About Us: The Design Story is a premium interior and furniture design studio offering end-to-end solutions for curated, timeless homes. As we expand, we’re looking for a seasoned sales professional with deep experience in the furniture industry, capable of driving high-value sales and collaborations with clients, architects, and designers. Role Overview: This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in furniture sales, understands furniture pricing, materials, and customization processes, and is confident pitching to discerning homeowners, architects, and designers. You’ll be positioned strategically to tap into premium residential communities, real estate networks, and designer partnerships to drive revenue. Key Responsibilities: Generate high-quality leads and drive conversions by engaging directly with clients and collaborators. Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals for ongoing referrals and projects. Represent the brand at residential sites and communities where our projects are active, identifying new opportunities. Confidently pitch The Design Story’s customized furniture solutions, understanding client needs, materials, and budget. Provide accurate estimates, negotiate pricing when required, and work with internal teams to deliver the right solutions. Keep updated records of leads, status, and market intelligence. Requirements: 7–15 years of proven experience in furniture sales, ideally in premium/customized furniture. Strong understanding of furniture pricing, materials, production timelines, and client expectations. Strong network within Delhi NCR and comfort with on-ground sales. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Well-presented, professional, and confident in client-facing roles.
