Konsulte Partners Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing consulting and advisory firm committed to delivering excellence in financial, strategic, and business advisory services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger entries, and reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.).
Assist in tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and support internal control systems.
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and vendors as required.
Provide financial data analysis and reports for management decision-making.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (Master’s or CA Inter preferred).
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Good communication and organizational skills.
