We are seeking a highly motivated Proposal Writer with strong Business Development skills to join our team. The candidate will play a dual role—leading proposal development efforts while actively driving business development initiatives, particularly targeting prime contractors and subcontractors in the government sector. Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Writing:

Prepare, review, and edit high-quality proposals for government and commercial opportunities.

Develop compelling content that clearly articulates our value proposition and differentiators.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and technical excellence in proposals.

Maintain proposal templates, past performance documentation, and other resources.

Business Development:

Identify and engage potential prime contractors and subcontractors in the government space.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to generate new opportunities.

Track and report on business development activities and pipeline progress.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal writing and/or business development, preferably in the AI/ML industry.

Proven ability to create compelling proposals and business development materials.

Strong understanding of government contracting processes and subcontracting relationships is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.

Comfortable balancing both proposal writing and business development tasks as priorities shift.
