Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Nagpur. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing payroll, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include assisting with audits, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making. The role also requires managing budgets, handling invoices, and collaborating with other team members to improve financial processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and tools, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Expertise in tax regulations, compliance, and handling payroll systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting financial data and preparing reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation and reconciliation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus.
