Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Shift Manager at our facility in Umred. The Production Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, monitoring shift performance, ensuring quality control, and managing production schedules to meet targets and deadlines. Qualifications Experience in manufacturing operations management and supervisory roles Knowledge of PVC and HDPE pipe production processes Strong leadership and communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Understanding of quality control principles Technical background in engineering or related field preferred Experience with lean manufacturing practices is a plus Show more Show less
