Job Summary: Hotel Holiday Home, Ranchi is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee daily financial operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hotel industry , a strong command of Tally Prime, and familiarity with IDS Fortune Next, which will be a significant plus. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, billing, payments, and bank reconciliations. Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping. Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime . Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L reports, and balance sheets. Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings. Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost analysis. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial documentation. Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with hotel policies and accounting standards. (Preferred) Use IDS Fortune Next for financial and operational reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance. 2+ years of accounting experience , preferably in the hospitality industry . Hands-on experience with Tally Prime is mandatory . Familiarity with IDS Fortune Next is an advantage . Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian financial regulations. Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
