Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support the organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be well-versed in accounting principles, and demonstrate hands-on experience in taxation and financial finalization.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns
Monitor and manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines
Use Tally and Busy software for day-to-day accounting operations
Prepare and analyze financial reports for management decision-making
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Work collaboratively with internal departments and external stakeholders

Requirements and Skills:

Proven work experience as an Accountant
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, principles, and regulatory requirements
Experience in general ledger functions and finalization of accounts
Strong hands-on experience in taxation (including GST, TDS, and Income Tax)
Proficient in accounting software such as Tally and Busy
Solid working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis
High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter/M.Com preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,817.41 - ₹25,000.00 per month
