Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers.
  • Follow up via calls, emails, and messages.
  • Maintain and update customer database.
  • Run loyalty programs and satisfaction surveys.
  • Share feedback insights with management.

Sales Support:

  • Maintain customer records and documents.
  • Explain vehicle features, warranty, finance & insurance.
  • Take customer orders and coordinate deliveries.

After-Sales Service:

  • Schedule service appointments and send reminders.
  • Handle and escalate customer complaints.
  • Ensure follow-up on feedback and service quality.

Reporting & CRM:

  • Keep accurate customer interaction records.
  • Generate regular reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1- 3 years in customer service (automobile preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Customer-first, professional attitude

Required Skills:

  • Accuracy & attention to detail
  • Excel & data entry proficiency
  • Organizational skill
